  1. BASICS:
  2. The EDIT function: You may scroll through the fields
  3. using the ARROW (cursor) keys on the keyboard, or by
  4. clicking the text with the mouse. Just start typing
  5. your data in and press ENTER. On fields 4 and 7, the
  6. Common Spelling File fields, pressing ENTER or clicking
  7. the text will cause a PICK LIST to pop up with the legal
  8. choices. To make a change, just click the text of choice
  9. and then click the OK button; you can alternately
  10. doubleclick the name of choice.

  12. NOTES:
  13. The scrollbar on the right side of the screen is now
  14. disabled. Click the EXIT button at the screen bottom
  15. to get back to VIEW mode.
